Tutor's Comments: This is an excellent standard of technical drawing, with no stopping short or over-running at corners and junctions. You have included a good level of detail, which gives your technical drawing a lovely quality.
Your use of different nib thicknesses is excellent and also gives your drawing a lovely character.
It is good to see some scratching out on your paper - you have made some tiny mistakes and rectified them with a scalpel. It shows you can remedy a mistake made in ink on your technical drawing.
Your rounded shapes such as the bath, sink corners and small details like towel hooks are neat and precise. The inner depth of the bath is missing, however. This needs to be included.
All necessary items have been included on plan, such as orientation and IN arrow, and accessory details such as wall lights, loo roll holder and robe hooks. Your measurements are spot on with those in your furniture book - well done!
It is not necessary to draw the system frame for the WC and bidet in the false wall; if your client needed further information on how it works you could include some separate larger scale working drawings, but they are not required for this project.
The shower fixings should be out from the wall a little, and a depth drawn for the natural stone tiles you have specified for the walls of the shower.
You have drawn the window well and included the window treatment - shutters - on plan. The frame for the shutters should be included at each edge rather than going straight across.
You have demonstrated a thorough knowledge of technical drawing conventions and your drawing is of a high standard, which is reflected in your mark, well done!

You have demonstrated creative planning and provided a practical and interesting solution for the space, which works well.
You have positioned the WC and bidet on an external wall as required, and housed the concealed cistern for the WC and bidt within a false wall, as the wall they are placed against is an external wall. The depth of your false wall is correct at the 200mm minimum required.
You have allowed a large bath and separate shower for your client, as is required in the brief.
You have included storgae in the bathroom, using the "dead" recess space behind the door , and a shelf above the false wall.
There is not quite enough room for two people in the double sinks configuration you propose, particularly as your client is a large man. A person needs approx. 700mm width of space including the sink itself and either side. Your total width is 1200mm, which is 600mm for each person, so it will be alittle tight if both sinks are being used simultaneously.
A reference book you may find useful is the Architect's Pocket Book by Charlotte Baden-Powell. It contains a wealth of useful information, including the minimum requirements for space planning in a variety of residential and commercial situations.

Amman, Jordan King Talal House windows

Amman, Jordan King Talal House windows

King Talal was the son of King Abdullah I and lived in this house with his family (including the future King Hussein). His reign lasted only from July 20, 1951 to August 11, 1952. King Hussein was born and raised in this house.

When Amman was declared the capital of Transjordan in 1921, royalty, wealthy families, businessmen, army officers, and politicians began moving onto the hill to the west and above downtown, named Jabal Amman. It slowly declined starting in the 1960s as development continued to move west. In 2005, the Greater Amman Municipality recognized Jabal Amman as a 'heritage attraction point' and set forth plans to preserve and develop the historic hill.
